About us
Hart & Hunnam was set up in 1976 in Torquay as a partnership between John Hart and Robin Hunnam. Robin Hunnam left the company, after 30 years, in 2006 while John's son, Robin, joined in 2008.
Hart & Hunnam was re-branded as hartQS in 2012 to reflect the core business of the firm.
In February 2014 hartQS merged with Hills Chartered Surveyors and hartQS continues to offer Quantity Surveying and CDM Consultancy as part of the WT Hills Group.

Robin Hart BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS
Robin is an Associate Director of WT Hills Ltd. and is a science graduate of London University. Robin completed his Masters in Quantity Surveying at Northumbria University and qualified as a Member
of RICS in 2011. Robin's interests include building sustainability and he specialises in the financial management of construction projects.
